I purchased the 14' trampoline. It arrived with the box a little beat up but with all of it's parts. It took 3 of use roughly 3 hours to assemble. The instructions (or lack of) are my only complaint. It does come with an instruction booklet but is vague or not at all with a few of the steps. Overall a great product for the price.
