Bought this for my almost 3 year old daughter as a transition bed. Just like the reviews say, it's very firm, which DOES help curb the jumping on the bed. She hasn't complained about it in any way which is cool, because toddlers complain about alot. So, yeah, I'd say it was worth it. Included is a picture of her toddler bed compared to her new bed

I actually laughed at how easy it is to assemble. All you do is cut the plastic, put it on your bed and it does all the rest . It is really interesting to watch. Last year I ordered one 6 inch which wasn't exactly high enough for me so I ordered another 6 inch and it actually made my bed perfect. 2-6 inch mattresses for less than the price of one, seriously. A beautiful bed with a beautiful size and no, they do not slip when they're on top of each other in case some of you may have to do that.
