Wrong shoe - they won't let me exchange.

The shoes sent to me are beautiful and seem to be high quality. They are not the shoe I ordered and what is in the slip. Walmart won't help me ... the idenfication of the shoe on the box does not match the packing slip --- BECAUSE they sent me the WRONG shoe. I can't get my shoe shipped without paying for it again and can't exchange it because "how do we know that you did not buy it and just want an extra pair of animal print shoes."
