Great flavor, benefits, and no bloat with HCL

I have been taking creatine for about eight months now and was worried about the bloating effect as a female, even though I lift heavy weights three or four times a week and I believe my body has adapted. I did some research and the creatine HCl is the best. I was using an unflavored brand and mixing it in a little bit of water or my protein shake in the morning. I got the lemon flavored of this brand and it is great with water and very easy to drink to the taste is wonderful! Wow! This stuff is amazing! And not just for physical conditioning but for mental conditioning as well! 2 months ago I started a fairly intense workout routine involving HIIT and strength training and was struggling a bit keeping up.
