A product with unverifiable effects

Its owner's manual could have more details on proper installation of the unit. There is no way of knowing if an installation is providing the energized pulses or not.

Only for small animals.

What really annoyed me was that I was charged $43 for this and when it arrived there was a $29.99 price tag attached to it, so basically I paid $30 for it and $13 shipping. Acreage wise... this will work but there is a chart that it came with that shows what sizes of animals that this will work with and what charger that they recommend that you use, this charger is not recommended for the size of animals that I want to contain and that would have been nice to know as I probably wouldn't have ordered this charger had I known that, but its a small area so this will probably be fine. Seller please include the recommendation chart in your item description. The current picture that is assigned to this product shows horses and what appears to be a bull in the background but the PE2 is only recommended for dogs, squirrels, rabbits, and chickens, for anything bigger (cows, horses, and pigs) the PE5 or PE10 is recommended.
