Im giving this 2 stars because I bought a brand new phone, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20. When I received the package it was only the plug and charging cable. I will come back and change the review if I get the phone.

I just received the phone. The phone was in excellent condition but it would not hold a charge whether I used the charger it came with or my extra charger I had on hand. I was unable to use the phone.
