Jeep Gladiator Rubicon 12V Battery Powered Ride on, 2 Seater, Children Ages 3-5, Max Spped 5 MPH, Blue

I was honestly really unsure what to expect with this because there are so many mixed reviews, but it was the only one I could find that was available for pickup at the Walmart in Wasilla, Alaska. Everything else I looked at was either out of stock, wouldn't ship to Alaska, or had absolutely outrageous shipping costs—some were going to be around $300 just for shipping! So I decided to take a chance on this one and I'm really glad I did. We have pretty rough terrain in our yard with rocks, grass, and lots of bumps, and it handled it surprisingly well. We followed the directions carefully, especially the instructions for charging and taking care of the battery, and everything worked exactly as it should. It has both a low and high speed, and both worked well on our terrain. The high speed is definitely much faster and does use the battery quicker, but my son was able to ride almost nonstop for about an hour, mostly on high speed, before the battery died. I'd say that's pretty impressive considering the terrain and how much he was using it. It's charging back up now, and so far we've been really happy with it. My son absolutely loves it, and I'm really glad I took a chance on it. I definitely think it's worth the money, but I would strongly recommend following the directions for charging and proper battery care because I could see that making a big difference in how well it performs.
