PowerSmart Gas Lawn Mower, 21 inches 144cc 2-in-1 Walk-Behind , Side Discharge Push Lawn Mower

I purchased this mower after my 9 year old Craftsman mower was damaged beyond repair. This PowerSmart mower has the same engine size as my old mower and a very similar design. Assembly of the mower was very easy because it is shipped 90% assembled and the assembly instructions are very clear. The "fire engine red" color is very visually appealing. The needed engine oil is included, the oil dipstick is easily accessible and is much easier to remove and replace than the common "screw in type" versions. That design also makes checking the oil much easier and accurate. A funnel was included to allow easy crankcase filling. The mower started very easily and did a fantastic job on my lawn! I use it as a mulching mower and the unit did well including chopping up leaves very finely so they were no longer noticeable! The single point height adjustment which adjusts the height of all 4 wheels at the same time is a very clever design and works extremely well. Overall I am very pleased with this mower and was grateful that it is was able to be shipped to my home! I had not heard of the PowerSmart brand before but was glad to see the product is made in the USA.

Mower came pre assembled in a box. All I had to do was cut a couple of tie straps used for shipping and adjust the mowers handle. The mower also came with the oil needed to put in the engine and a funnel to use. It also had a tool to use for changing the spark plug. Just had to add the gas and oil, prime it per the instructions and it started on the first pull.
