So Far So Good, but Too Soon to Tell

I read a book called Enzymes: What the Experts Know, by Tom Bohager. I've been on statins for 30 years, and have been trying to clear up a three year long struggle with psoriasis. I've been on a plant based diet and leaving sugar out of the diet for years. Dermatologist and podiatrist prescribed steroid ointments and urea 40% for most of the three years. I believe between my diet and the enzymes, I am making progress, but it's only been a month on NATTO-K, so it's premature to guarantee that this is the solution. My skin looks better, but I'll have to wait until September to see my next LDL level.
