I use an ice pack to help me get to sleep due to the pain in my knee. Usually, you should only put it on for twenty minutes and take it off for twenty minutes. My knee pain is too much for me not to use it longer.

i use the large ones fir my shoulder and a small one for my neck. it helps with arthritis pain. i think i have to get new ones because mine don't stay cold very long anymore but they are pretty old. I've never heated them though less money than a fancy ice machine or those instant ones that you crack to activate

Great to have on hand

Helpful for pain. A two pack would be even better.
