Very pleased, the winter months may change my mind a little but overall happy with the purchase

I read a whole lot of the reviews before I purchased, so I wasn't a bit surprised at the no heated water feature. So far so good l, I'd never used a bidet before, so I am pleased with this. I have an up coming surgery and want to spend as little time in the bathroom as possible. My husband hooked it up, his former career was plumbing, no issues at all.

Skeptical to believer

So far so good. Easy install. Used it immediately. The cleanliness is without a doubt obvious after the first usage. Beyond anything I ever thought was clean. This mechanism is the best way to clean yourself after any type of restroom usage. Love it.

Good product. Good price. I

Good product. Good price. I had to replace the first one which I had for 2+ years because the nozzles fell off into the bowl and could not be repaired. Thankful not flushing at the time - just fell off!! This product needs a wrap-around band of some kind to prevent it from going down the plumbing if it detached.
