Not clear on which part is microwavable

I love the design of this produce, especially it is leak-proof and microwave safe. However, I only find that the lid is not microwavable a bit inconvenience as I have to find something to cover the food while reheating in a microwave. I also wonder why the lid is not designed for microwave. On that note, I also wonder if the divider in the container is microwavable as I do not want the foods to mix while reheating.

Good product

I like that it is dishwasher safe, I can microwave it, put it in the oven, and it is not glass. The only downside is the lid is vacuum sealed, so it can be a little hard to get off.

Hello Jennifer, Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when the lid is difficult to open, especially when you’re trying to access your meal quickly. To make opening your Bentgo MicroSteel Lunch Box easier, please lift the venting valve on top of the lid first. This helps release any internal pressure, allowing you to remove the lid more easily without applying excessive force. If you’ve already tried this and are still having difficulty opening the lunch box, please feel free to reach out to our team at support@bentgo.com or 657-275-3738 with your order details. We’d be happy to provide additional guidance or tips, and we can also explore a replacement if needed. We want to make sure you have a smooth and positive experience with your Bentgo lunch box. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Jennifer. We’re always happy to help! Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Customer Support
