Best for the Price

This SAM-e seems to retain its potency consistently. While the price fluctuates somewhat, it is as good a value as Nature's Made or other such well-known brands. I have been taking SAM-e for 20 years and have tried them all. I do shop for sales, but I keep coming back to Spring Valley as the best product for the price.

If this product is taken with Country Life Coenzyme Complex, it is just as powerful as any antidepressant and has the added benefit to protect your joints.
