Good boots

I like these boots. I didn't expect much from a $90 pair of boots, but these surprised me. Good quality leather, nice stitching, comfortable lining. Even a decent insole. If I had one complaint, it would be that even though the size and width fit me, they are a little tight across the top of my foot. But my feet are a bit bulkier that the average. However, (and this shows the quality of the leather), inserting a shoe tree with a couple pieces of cardboard under it stretched the foot of the boot so that it fits me. I like the flatter heel, that's one of the features that first interested me. I'm an old, fat guy, and the higher heel on most boots was starting to bother my hips. Next time I need boots, I'll look for these again.
