All of my home WiFi issues went away as soon as I installed this higher end cable router/modem from Netgear. I have tried 2 cheaper unit previously but had connection issues in rooms near the far end of my 200 sq ft home even with 2 WiFi extenders being used. I also had frequent “buffering” on tv’s in the house that were streaming. All these are resolved with the new router.

Earlier, I bought one from a well-known brand which I had used for 15 years, staying loyal. But after 4 calls to my internet provider, the reps couldn't get it to work. Going forward, I'll probably select NETGEAR again. Walmart delivered it on the same day that I ordered!!!
