Work well! Pretty color (pink)!

It works well for my 5 year old's twin bed. It does say on the instructions that it is for a mattress no higher than 5 inches. Her mattress is a little higher so the rail only goes up a few inches over the mattress...but, that is enough to keep her from rolling off of her bed when she's sleeping.
