When the isotonic isn't quite enough

I have used the isotonic sinus rinse as needed for a long time. My wife and brother each noticed that I was beginning to get bags under and around my eyes. My research said among other things that hypertonic sinus rinse a couple times a day would help draw the bags out. I began using two of the isotonic packets at a time. It was a bit strong to begin with, but not so much different from sea water. When it came time to order more packets because I was going through them so quickly, I noticed there were hypertonic packets as well. Per use they are less than two isotonic packets, they require only one opened and they are working to reduce the bags. I am in 30 days and plan on 90 days before I decide if this makes enough difference. Meanwhile my nose certainly is clear!
