About this item

Product details

Keep your pets safely contained while maintaining convenient access throughout your home with the MidWest Homes for Pets 29-Inch Steel Walk-Thru Gate. This pressure mounted gate features a 19-inch wide door that swings in both directions and automatically closes behind you, keeping your pets safely contained as you come and go. To ensure the best fit, we recommend measuring your opening width, including door trim, and checking handle clearance at 29 inches. The gate measures 29.5 inches wide and extends up to 38 inches with the two included 3-inch extensions. Designed with both pets and parents in mind, the spring-loaded latch allows secure one-handed operation, and the step-through door design features a bottom bar for additional gate stability and long-lasting daily use. Built from durable steel with a smooth white finish that resists rust and everyday wear, this dog gate installs in minutes without tools using the pressure-mount system, or can be permanently mounted using the included cups and a Phillips screwdriver. For extra-wide openings, additional extensions are available separately in 3, 6, and 11-inch sizes to span doorways up to 54 inches. At MidWest Homes for Pets, we know your dog is family. That's why every pet gate is backed by our 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty and supported by our Indiana-based customer care team, making MidWest a trusted choice for creating a secure, comfortable space for your pet.

Honest evaluation.

As long as you follow directions, the gate installs very smoothly. I had one of these gates several years ago, and it woked very well. So, when I needed another one, it was a no-brainer. Competitive price, easy installatio, and works well. Isn't that what it's all about?
