OMG! I absolutely LOVE my water dispenser. We are water drinkers and ha ving clean, cold water available at the touch of a button has been wonderful. I had priced several units and this one was affordable yet offered both hot and cold settings, it is slender and visually appealing. It fits in my kitchen without getting in my way. The hot water or chilled portion can be turned off with the switches in the back if you dont wish to use them. It works with both 3 and 5 gallon bottles. I live upstairs and have a disability so I can't always get the 5 gallon bottles up the stairs, so having the 3 gallon option is perfect. It is also bottom loading so no needing to heave bottles up over the top. I love mine and it was an great price!

Great self cleaning machine

I was really excited to find a water cooler that is self cleaning!! Now I don't have to worry about that anymore. All the selection come from one spigot in the middle. Another good idea to deliver clean water. I wish we could adjust the temp on the cool water. I would like it a little colder.

The cooler was not my first bottom fed cooler. We had a top feed for years. i cleaned it and rinsed it exactly as laid out in the manual. When I got fed up with the cleaning, and we both got tired of wrenching our backs. I did some research and bought the precursor to this one and loved it. So when that one grew tired, I bought this one. It is a dream! The water flows quickly and doesn't leak, the buttons are smooth acting, and the cold water is icy cold. I would recommend this Primo cooler for anyone looking for a great way to get everyone drinking more water.
