What an improvement from the previous design. I have been a ZeroWater customer for the past many years. And had purchased a new pitcher twice with the old design.. Eventually, they would break down at the top of the handle. This one is a total makeover and redesigned structurally and ease of use. Plus the TDS Tester is an exceptional addition. I had already bought one several years, ago, and it still works without a battery replacement . A++
