This is a great coffee station having both the carafe and the K cup maker. This is the second one I purchased, The first one lasted me at least 10 years. The first one had a hot water dispenser this time we tried the K cup maker And we're finding it to be an excellent addition. The only thing that I would say would be the water fill For the carafe needs a fill line on it. We had that on the old machine and it was very helpful.
