Beautiful tulle fabric

The tulle has a shimmer or sheen, not exactly a sparkle. It is a bit stiff, so if you have making a tutu for a child, you should consider them wearing another piece of clothing underneath. It worked great for the tutu I made for my toddler granddaughter. The photo I attached is not the finished product, just wanted to share. I used 2 layers of tulle on the tutu
