Worth the money. Change the filter.

I actually didn't know I had to change the filter until it came time to descale the machine. I saw the filter at the bottom of the storage tank. These were cheap enough and the filter fits perfect and super easy to install. I'll probably change it again 4 to 6 months.

At some point, you're going to have to replace the coffee filter in your Keurig coffeemaker. A clean filter greatly enhances the flavor of the coffee. Changing the filter was very easy, and the instructions were clear. The item is sold as a 2-pk, so you can use one, and save one for future use.
