This rack can only be hung from a door. It is an elastic band that has metal hooks which attach to the bottom and top of the door. There are plastic “knobs” for the hats that have no clips so the hats knock off very easily which is the downside of this product. Plus you need a lot of hats so that the cap displays nicely. Good price and an easy way to store many hats with easy access.
