Timex Women's Easy Reader Silver/White 30mm Casual Watch, Tapered Expansion Band

Hello, anonymous. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the Easy Reader® 30mm Expansion Band Watch. We’re glad to hear that you like the watch itself, but we’re sorry to hear about the condition in which it arrived. The battery tab is typically included to help preserve battery life while the watch is stored before purchase. In some cases, the tab may be removed as part of the display or preparation process, depending on how the watch is handled at the point of sale. However, we understand your concern about receiving a watch without the tab in place and not knowing how long the battery may have been active. Since the watch arrived in a condition that did not meet your expectations, we recommend contacting the point of sale to request a return or possible replacement. This will allow them to assist with a watch that is in the expected condition upon purchase. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing this experience to our attention. We hope you are able to receive a replacement that you’re completely satisfied with.
