My dear husband treasured and wore his deceased Father's watch for years. It was a Timex Easy Reader with an Indiglow light function. It had scratches and dings on it, but since it was a Timex, It Took a Lickin' and Kept on Tickin.' The leather band finally split and broke apart, and the crystal face was so worn and foggy. Now he wears the NEW watch everday, but keeps his Dad's watch with some other of his other momentos safely in his drawer. This watch made a real difference in his life, and it just might do the same for you or a loved one.

The only watches I have purchased in the last thirty years have been Timex Indiglo. I love the fact that I can illuminate the face of the watch to see the time in a dark setting such as a movie theatre. The face is large and the digits are large and easy to see. I always want the date to be shown on my watch. This particular watch is especially attractive, I think. The face of the watch is inset within a golden circle and the brown leather watchband fits nicely. Judging by my previous Timex watches, this one should last a long time.
