i cannot live without a planner. And this one really is The Best Planner. Since as far back as i can remeber, i have had a yearly planner. I am very picky, so getting a blank one has always been my choice. For myself, starting my week on the first day of a pay period made the best sense, and a blank planner lets you do just that. Personally, Monday has been the main contender for first day, Wednesday a close second. Layout of the planner is essential. Sure, go get those $30-50 planners, and see how they fall flat. They block the sections into Monthly, Weekly, Notes. Yeah, get rid of that. This planner has your month, followed by 5 weeks, and then the next month followed by weeks. Who even wants to spend all the time to fill in the months, and have to page through just to get to the weeks. And as the year progresses, its nore and more pages to go through. Ok, the ribbon page markers are nice, but the space between your month page and the week in that month you are in should not have 40 something pages between them. Month followed by weeks, trust me, you will never turn back to the block section planners again. Size of the planner is also important, as well as the cover. This planner here is half of your regular size printer paper, and hard cover. This makes it easy to carry either alone or with other stuff. It fits nicely in my smallest purse or my largest suitcase. (I do not recommend packing it in your checked baggage while traveling, you may become disoriented once you realize just how amazing this planner is.) Dont let the size fool you either! Regular size planner stickers work just as good as mini stickers. So go sticker crazy! Because this planner is undated, you can not only start your weeks like you want, but also the beginning of your year! Spring being the original start if the years in the Way-Back-Whens, my planner begins at that time as well, April! (Except this year..... oops 😬) Yes, those 18mo planners that start in the middle of the year do something similar, but most of the time they are hought too early and forgotten, or too late. Such a waste of pages if you dont start those planners on time. If you got this far, then you must be serious about your planner. Which only means you have a favorite pen to write with. The elastic loop on the side will ensure you always have tht pen. There is another elastic to hold your planner closed, keeping any loose items secure. The pocket on the inside back cover is perfect for holding stickers, money, business cards, or that feather you found in your walk to the park. After years of experience with dated, undated, 12mo, 18mo, large, medium, small, digital, and even home printed planners, I tell you this literally is The Perfect Planner! (my 8th year! using this one!) true story, personal experience. K
