NO TO AUTO TOP UP!!

I've never had any trouble when I order a PIN. Sometimes it takes a while to receive, but you do get it. I've done the Top Up a quite a few times, but not anymore. There's no way to prove to Walmart that you didn't get it. I'm not wasting another $45 on nothing.

I bought a top off. I received an email almost immediately that it was "delivered". In fact, it was not delivered until 4 hours after that. At that point I'd already been on a chat with Walmart about it and they told me that they couldn't help me with the problem or refund my money because it was already delivered. They could not tell me anything else about it and told me to call straight talk. I tried getting through to the straight talk line three different times. When I finally got an agent he was very confused but very helpful in the end. So if you buy the top off just know that it's not immediate. If I ever need to do this again I'm definitely going to go for the digital pin delivery because I think that would have worked a lot better and not wasted an hour and a half of my life with chat bots. Complete waste of my time and not convenient at all!!
