I like this mouthwash because it doesn't have that obnoxious/bite/burn taste. It's mild %26 refreshing taste is great for bad breath. It seems to have whitened my teeth. Trusted and known brand. This works well for my sensitive teeth. I use it after brushing with their whitening toothpaste, twice daily. I drink lots of tea and got a lot of stains. I used it about 5 weeks before I could tell is was getting rid of stains. Taste good, stung first few times but no longer does. I will keep using it so it gets rid of all my tea stains.

I don't see any whitening. I guess if your mouth was really bad it would help to a point but don't expect to have pearly whites after a lifetime of neglect. It is alcohol free, so should be safe for daily use. It really gets the morning crap out of your mouth as well.
