I was skeptical about being non-alcohol, which generally doesnt feel as clean and refreshing. But after trying this one, It is intense enough to feel that clean feeling after mouth wash. I recommend for who like intense w/o being having alcohol.

Happier mouth!

My husband was reading up in consumer reports at how alcohol based mouth wash causes a multitude of issues including gingivitis. I was worried that this would not work the same as an alcohol based rinse, but it is working really well. Brush normally and then rinse and don't eat or dring for about 30 mins, my teeth barely have any tarter at the day (no sandy teeth!) My husband and I are very happy with the way this works. Wish it was a bit more minty, that is my only suggestion!
