I live where there are several different types of bird in my yard all the time. I was using one of the small rectangular feeders, but the foot holds were too small to non-existent, and they needed refilling every day and a half. This tower has plenty of openings for feeding, good support while feeding and can hold about 4 to 6 days of bird seed. Easy fill, easy clean.
