The tapered handle make it much to hold and work with. it has an additional heat set setting of medium. It is much lighter than my larger Revlon hot air brush and its handle was wider and not as tapered. My hair is a little shorter now r and I needed a smaller brush

I really love this hair brush dryer. I have fine collar-length hair and I can dry and style my hair in about 6 mins! It's shiny, smooth and a straight bob style. You need to be aware that it can get very hot and that you need to keep the brush moving to avoid being burned. But once you get used to it, it's great.
