communication breakdown - scheduling issue

Initially had communication issues with the company. They received my payment but I did not get an appointment date. There was an issue with the automated system. Once I was able to talk with a live person, everything was taken care of. And the tech was awesome. He mounted the TV for my 88 yr old dad and made him laugh several times in the process. He made his day x2.
