A snack that I buy for my 16yr old grandson, he loves them.A good source of protein and calories. And a good snack. I will say that I think that they are relatively expensive for the amount that you get in this small bag. If you can buy at a warehouse club, alot less expensive and different size bags to choose from and it's about a 3rd less of the price for this little bag or next size up, if you get them from Sams. Alot more quantity for a few dollars more.
