WOW 4K Tow Bobber Towable Rope

My boat has tow hooks very low on the transom (~5 inches above water line). This does a great job of keeping the tow rope out of the water when using towable tube. Allows me to easily whip kids back and forth across wake. Could not do that before without running at much higher speeds due to the tow line dragging through wake. The bobber ends up being about 2/3rds of the distance from the boat with the last 1/3rd of line between the bobber and the towable. In the section between the bobber and the towable there 2 ropes. My kids prefer using it with one of the ropes removed. They claim a better ride and less water splashing in their face. A word of caution, when fully inflated this is pretty big. Pay attention to size information on description. We find it impossible to drive around with this inflated in the boat as it takes up too much room. We use a double action hand air pump. My 11 year old is able to pump this up with one of those in a few minutes. Intex sells one for ~$9 on Walmart.com. If you have have tow connections low on your transom this will probably fix any rope drag problems you have when using towables. It is big and takes up a lot of room when inflated but has increased the "fun factor" for my kids 100X. They love it.

Gets caught within its harness, and a pain to undo. Wouldn't spend the $$$
