Very nice jacket, better than I expected. I don't wear hoods but if I did, I would want it to be a thick hoods like the coat. I wish it was removable. This jacket is warm. Its great for me for the winter, I don't like big heavy coats. I have to been seen at work, especially when it's dark out. I'm thinking of purchasing another so I can have it when it has to be cleaned.
