Easy Cook Thick Bacon

Thick Sliced Bacon. Ahhhh. Thick sliced bacon is much easier to handle, doesn't shrivel up and cooks really good in a microwave oven and a fry pan. I cut the strips in half and lay them on two sheets of paper towels on a microwaveable plate. Then I cover them with another paper towel. Cook them for 2 1/2 minutes. They are terrific!
