This phone is marketed as "NEW" in several different places and the listing says it is "brand new sealed". I'm angry because I bought a phone from here and I had an issue immediately with it. Not only was it but sealed in the original packaging but it was not able to be charge (all of my chargers had issues with it). I contacted them and said "this doesn't look new" and they said in their email all their phones are refurbished. NOWHERE IN THE LISTING DOES IT SAY REFURBISHED. IT SAYS BRAND NEW SEALED. Report them for falsely representing a product.
