great lips

It's moisturizing like a lil balm but color Pay off like a lipstick. I love the drug store lips because it shows that quality does not have to break the bank

A long-lasting, budget-friendly lipstick that hold

I tried CoverGirl Outlast Longwear Moisturizing Lipstick, and it's pretty solid for the price. The color lasts impressively well — even after sipping coffee, I still had decent pigment left. The moisturizing topcoat really helps prevent that tight, dry feeling you often get with long-wear lip colors, though by late afternoon I still felt the need to reapply it to freshen things up. The finish ends up somewhere between matte and satin — not super glossy, but not flat either. Shade variety is nice, and for a drugstore pick, it delivers more than you'd expect. If your lips are super dry, prep with balm first. But overall? I'd buy this again for daily wear when I want a lip color that lasts without breaking the bank.
