These go down very smoothly and these really make your nails hard and strong right away. I really needed that because mine always break and then they get stuck on things and they hurt or I get an infection. I knew i had to do something. Plus i also need something for my hair. Im always shedding and losing it. I havent been using these that long but my hair already feels smoother and stronger. The dermatologist that recommended these online said give it 3-4 months of taking these before you get a real change in your hair. I also recommend buying these in the pills versus the gummies because you get more for your money. Also get the bugger package of the 90 pills or the 120 pills because you have to take 3 of them a day. I think taking them in the morning is best to have the lasting strength all day.

This product is actually really good, it leaves a little argan oil aftertaste but it has a smooth swallowing. It should be purchased but I believe the price should be a little bit lower but it has amazing quality and really grows your nails and hair, and makes your skin glow! No need to chew by the way!

Helps My Nails Get Stronger

I have always had soft nails that always break. Since taking this product for over a couple years not, my nails are much stronger. I also am 70 and my hair is not completely gray, soft and even though fine, quite thick. I truly believe Hair, Skin Nails has helped. I only take one vitamin a day, though it does recommend I think twice a day.
