Flat response producing excellent aural imaging.

This is my second pair to be used for broadcast music production as a Jazz program host. A warhorse, though the blue "Professional" lettering has worn away, my initial pair have lasted 10+ years without the fraying or cracking of the headband. I just swapped out the leatherette ear covers for cloth. (The old ones will serve for nighttime TV listening.)

Good headphones. I had Sony 7506 phones before. They lasted for about 15 years, until one channel went out and they became useless. They provide a very nice, balanced response. Good for audio recording at a relatively low cost. Hoping these ones last, but we'll see….
