I like the Alpine Breeze flavor. It freshens breath but it is light and doesn't have a sharp cooling effect. It foams up very nicely so a little goes a long way. My teeth always feel very clean after and I have noticed less sensitivity over time. I can't say I've seen noticeable whitening with any of the Sensodyne products but I still prefer them for the enamel benefits.
