Keeps you dry, very lightweight and breathable. The S/M is suitable for a smaller person. I am 5'3", 135lbs, it is a little roomy, which you need to wear over clothing, I have a 29" inseam and the pants are a good length.

This frogg toggs rainsuit is the best rainsuit I've owned so far. Its amazing how i stay totally dry and stay cool at the same time. I work out in the weather so this is a must have for me.
