Love this brewer. Absolutely no additional costs other than this unit to brew cold coffee or tea. Center has a very fine mesh filter to strain coffee. I get no fine residue. The spigot is tight and does not leak when turned in off position. Solid stainless unit,easy to clean, and the handle makes it easy to transport. My first brewer used oversized filters that were hard to find and expensive. This one's a winner.

He did all the research and trust me he is a research fiend so if this passes with him it had to be awesome. I was actually a little excited for him to get it and start using it.
