The CP73 features samples from three renowned concert grand pianos, giving you a choice of sparkling highs, powerful lows and everything in between. With over 17 years of development, the CFX is Yamaha's flagship 9' concert grand piano, providing incredible dynamic range. The Bösendorfer Imperial 290 is known for its warm bass, singing treble and rich tone. The S700 is a handcrafted grand piano that can cut through dense arrangements while remaining delicate.

The CP73 features a newly designed 73-key balanced action keyboard, optimized for playing both piano and synth sounds. The balanced action gives an authentic electric piano feel and the keyboard mapping is perfect when playing in a band with guitar and bass. The balanced action also makes the CP73 compact and lightweight so you can take it anywhere.

Intuitive Controls for Sonic Shaping

With its one-to-one interface, the CP73 gives you direct control over your sound. Split and layer the keyboard, add effects and shape your tone without navigating through menus. Virtual Circuitry Modeling recreates the sound of vintage effects and high-end studio gear. There are also dedicated effects for the piano, electric piano and sub sections, as well as master effects like delay, reverb and master EQ.
