The yogurt provides both a snack and a bit of hydration for snack time, or as part of a little one's meal. It's also an easy thing to pack for outings at the zoo/park or giving to family/friends watching your little one. This is easy for people who aren't as familiar with feeding toddlers to give them. Just tell them to watch the lid (and refrigerate the yogurt). On days my husband is watching our son he loves to offer this yogurt as part of a simple meal!
