love the personal item hard site piece!!

the luggage arrived in good shape. the wheels are the only thing I rated a Little less because sometimes they're a bit stiff when swiveling. the main reason for purchase was the smallest bag in the set it is hard side yet considered a personal item and can fit under the seat on the plane. it has rollers like all the other pieces I do wish it had a bit longer handle so that you can connect it to one of the other pieces but it was great for travels to put medicine in or electronics and things like that

Reasons why I recommend the Zimtown 4 piece

I purchased the Zimtown 4 piece luggage at an excellent price. I rate each category 5 stars, because as a thrifty consumer I honestly believe it truly deserves the 5 stars. A plus to the luggage is that they are lightweight, thus not adding weight when placing them at the scale when traveling. They clean easily, wheels are easily spinable, pull up handle does not get stuck (slides up and down with ease)they also have 2 handles for easy carrying. All these features are necessary for me because I suffer from neuropathy and need all the assistance I can get. When I travel I request wheelchair assistance and the individual who "wheels" me around @ the airport does it with ease. My brother and sister in law are travelers and after seeing my luggage they have purchased the 4 piece as well. Both, my grandsons are able to manipulate them with ease. I honestly hope my review assists in your decision.

First time I bought the luggage and checked in the luggage for a flight travel , one of the wheels came off. Thinking it's an exceptional case, I bought it again and checked in again for another flight travel, and again one of the wheels in the suitcase came off. All my other branded luggage's came through fine.Very bad quality and quality control. Will never buy thus again. Three stars for the other luggage's which seems to seems to hold up so far, without being checked in for a flight travel.
