love the personal item hard site piece!!

the luggage arrived in good shape. the wheels are the only thing I rated a Little less because sometimes they're a bit stiff when swiveling. the main reason for purchase was the smallest bag in the set it is hard side yet considered a personal item and can fit under the seat on the plane. it has rollers like all the other pieces I do wish it had a bit longer handle so that you can connect it to one of the other pieces but it was great for travels to put medicine in or electronics and things like that

Lightweight, not durable.

If you're traveling by car and you'll be the only person handling your luggage this set is fantastic. If you're traveling by airplane then the very thin outer shell is easily cracked. A little epoxy on the inside will fix it, but it is still cracked. Very lightweight, not very sturdy. But you get the quality you pay for and for $89 for a 4 piece set is still a great deal.

Very Disappointed

After getting package delivered to the wrong address. I finally received my suitcases. Then all this happened. The wheel broke off and the hard shell material cracked on 1 suitcase of the 4. It was the second largest of the suitcases. I will never buy another hard material suitcase again. They just don't make things like they use to. I will use the others until those wheels fall off. Very disappointed.
