Just the way I like it! Just as good as movie popcorn! I think the direction said do not add oil… But I do… Along with salt.. My microwave is only 700 watts. For single serving. I use 8th cup Orville Redenbacher's original popcorn. Add Orville Redenbacher's popcorn oil to cover and maybe a little more. Add almost 1/4 tsp Flavacol. Mix it up. Use popcorn mode for 3 minutes. I was worried at first, will it burn, or smell weird? Nope! It popped beautifully, stayed in the bowl, and almost no loose kernels. It popped so well, you know when you get microwave popcorn there are always pieces of kernel in it, and it gets in your teeth, it did not happen to me once! The size was perfect for one person. I washed it, collapsed it and stored it in my drawer.
