I switched to charcoal at the recommendation of my brother from a gas grill to a Weber. Wish I had done it years ago. The Weber delivers just as it says; heat is easy to maintain, the cleanup is not the best, but you can overlook that for the improved taste. Get grilling.

I am a first-time griller and started out with grilling vegetables and they turned out fantastic! Next was smoked/grilled chicken wings and they were great also.
