The advantages of Invista fabrics center around its abrasion resistance and its high tensile strength. This special cloth is made with 1000 Denier (1000D) coated CORDURA® nylon fabric. 1000 Denier is a reference to the amount of fabric used, and its weight per length of fabric. In layman’s terms 1000D is on the higher end of fabric grade strengths. With this type of concentration, it guarantees a reinforced layer of protection for your vehicle’s seats. The fact that it is made with so much dense material also indicates that it will hold its shape firmly over your car seats.
